Food Diary : Day 1

I have created a good diet for me, but writing it & following it are two different things, so have decided to maintain daily food diary...

Breakfast

1 bottle Yakut : a healthy probiotic ( supposed to help with building immunity & clearing the stomach)
1 Glass Getrim with milk

Lunch
Tomato Soup , Fried Rice & Papaya

Snacks
Garlic Toast ( 2) & 1 cup Tea

Snacks Round 2
Garlic Toast ( 1.5) & 1 cup Tea

Snacks Round 3
Garlic Toast ( 5) & 1 Mug Tea

Missed Dinner & have no ideas about calories, but realised I drank just 1 glass of water , the whole day :(, need to work on my eating habits...
