9.15 am: tea with 2 Marie biscuits
11.00 am: diet snacks with green tea
12.00 pm: Weight loss pills with 1 glass water
12.45 pm: Lunch ( fruits + dal + sabzi + roti )
01.15pm: Multivitamins
2.30 pm: green tea
4.00 pm: diet snacks
5.30 pm: green tea
7.30 pm: Getrim with skimmed milk
10.30 pm: 500ml water

Total 2 liters of water in day
